They leverage over 100 years of design experience along with cutting-edge tools and techniques to bring your dreams to life. Kick-start the process with an initial complimentary consultation. Let’s turn your vision into reality together!

INITIAL CONSULTATION

During your complimentary consultation with an Ashby designer, you’ll meet face to face to discuss your project. The designer listens to the customer’s ideas, possibly reviews architectural drawings and guides the customer through design options. This phase may involve various types of consultations, including fixture selections, cabinets, colors, etc.

PHASE 1:

Design Drafting

After the initial consultation, the Ashby team creates a rough draft of the design, incorporating feedback gained during the initial discussion on various design options. Both you and your installing contractor will review the draft design for any preliminary adjustments.

PHASE 2:

Conceptual Development

During this phase, the designer works to refine your project’s concept, focusing on creative and innovative solutions to meet your requirements. This phase is crucial in the development of a cohesive design scheme which includes: finalizing the layout, color(s), materials and the overall aesthetic and functionality of the project.

PHASE 3:

Budget Confirmation & Selections

This is the time when you finalize your selections for materials, finishes and fixtures. The designer reviews your selection in relation to the project budget, making adjustments if needed. The designer then delivers a final estimate of the project cost for approval.

PHASE 4:

Final Approval & Contract Review

Once you approve the final design, including all selections related to cabinetry, fixtures and other elements, the designer updates and reviews the final contract with you, including next steps.

PHASE 5:

MATERIAL ORDERING & INSTALLATION PLANNING

Once Phase 5 is completed and all selections are finalized with a contract, the designer places orders with the various manufacturers, and informs you and your contractor about timing for deliveries and installation.
