We had Silvio renovate our kitchen cabinets – custom made – all replaced. He came for the measurements and after choosing the type of wood and color, he and his guys delivered very high quality carpentry (cherry wood). He gave us lots of ideas and recommendations to what to choose (w/ pros and cons) and ensured that the cabinets are built correctly and with high quality and workmanship. The kitchen turned to be very nice looking and we received lots of good compliments from our friends.  If you want great work (instead of the cheap one), you can completely depend on Silvio to deliver on that.

Hometelligent Inc. helped me to replace the living room windows a while earlier and during the construction, we found out that the supporting wood was damaged. Given I was in a time crunch that I wanted to get the construction done asap, they were very attentive to the time urgency and they finished the job in less than a week. During which time, they have always maintained professional manner in taking care of the construction site and provide high quality work. Now I look at my living room windows and I know they will be strong and intact for years to come.

We had a large arbor where, after 22 years, the support posts had rotted. We called Silvio to get an estimate as his company had done out kitchen remodel several years ago and we were extremely satisfied with the work.
We selected Hometelligent although their bid was not the lowest we received.
Although we ran into unforeseen difficulties in resetting the support posts, Silvio’s team stuck with it, and the job was completed way beyond our satisfaction. Because of the difficulties, both of us renegotiated the final price in a friendly, professional and fair manner.
Every day when my wife and I look at the rebuilt arbor we are thankful that we hired Hometelligent.

We just finished a bathroom remodel with Hometelligent and we would really like to recommend them. Silvio was great right from the beginning. He was on time to give us a quote, had great ideas and followed-up quickly with a very competitively priced bid. We appreciated how flexible he was to schedule the work considering we only have one bathroom. He was always very responsive and easy to work with, never rushing us and always answering our questions (and we asked many). He was very organized, keeping the project on schedule and budget. His workers were polite, did a great job and always cleaned up. The inspector for our permits complimented their work. The whole team did an awesome job and we feel so happy that we found them.

Silvio and the team at Hometelligent are some of the best I have worked with in a long time. This is the reason I have had them complete four separate projects at my house. During one of the projects to complete and installation of all new windows in my house, they were honest and detailed enough to point out previously poor work done by other contractors and help to rectify the problem. That put my trust in them from then on.

They have also completed a complete bathroom remodel, installed new tiling in the kitchen and replaced all the doors in the house as well. Not only can they work in many areas of home remodeling, they complete the work on time and with great quality. There is no need to go searching around for three bids and risk end up getting poor quality work that ends up requiring more money, time and fixing in the long run. I stand by Silvio and his team. We were referred to Silvio through Marius Construction whom we found through the Berkeley Parent’s Network. They did our bathroom, chimney tiling, and baseboard work. They were prompt and incredibly efficient. Communication was excellent and any change orders were always clearly explained and priced out ahead of time. The tiling work on my chimney was quite challenging but they did a wonderful job. The bathroom looks beautiful. I guarantee that if you hire Silvio, he will get the work done on time, and you will not have a long, drawn out home remodel. It was a real pleasure to work with Silvio and his crew.

I want to thank Silvio for doing an incredible job on our bathroom! The job was a difficult one because there was dry rot in the shower stall all the way to the outside of the house. Silvio worked with us to make sure that we knew what was going on with each step of the construction process. His response to what seemed like a big crisis to us was calm and organized. He stayed on budget and on schedule. His subcontractors are great especially the tile guys he works with and the electrics subcontractor. Silvio also has great recommendations for design ideas and vendors. We got our frameless shower doors from a great vendor he recommended. This was our first remodel and it went remarkably well. Thank you Silvio! We would definitely work with Silvio again.

Silvio’s team is AMAZING!  This is the third job they have done for us and we will most certainly employ them again. They are meticulous, thoughtful, tidy and highly expert. I cannot recommend Hometelligent more highly! This job was a HUGE job – fixing termite damage, new stucco, remove ugly work, paint outside and inside of house.  Our house is just SO LOVELY now thanks to Silvio!

Working with Silvio is so enjoyable. He is professional, always on time, kind to my cat and he does a WONDERFUL job. He is also a great communicator (quick, efficient, easy). So far he has replastered several of our walls and replaced our front door. We are currently gearing up to replace all of the windows in the house. I highly recommend Hometelligent.

Silvio repaired our deck, power washed, sanded and sealed. It looks new- and was in very bad shape before. Silvio was great to work with, easy to communicate with, showed up on time and stayed within the budget. We will definitely use him in the future. He’s a general contractor and does smaller jobs only when his schedule allows. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him for larger projects.
